Testing of Toxicity of Herbicides Formulated On Non-Target Organisms of Earthworms

This study aims to determine the toxicity of formulated herbicide concentration non-target organisms (non-target) earthworms. The was conducted from April July 2021. design used a completely randomized (CRD) with nine (9) concentrations (K) treatments, namely: K0 = control, K1 200 ppm (0.2 ml/l water ), K2 400 (0.4 ml/ l water), K3 600 (0.6 K4 800 (0.8 K5 1000 (1.0 K6 1200 (1.2 K7 1400 (1.4 K8 1600 (1, 6 water). Each treatment repeated 3 times. observed variables were mortality 50 (LC50) for 96 hours, survival rate, percentage and worm weight. concluded that hours against earthworms ppm, while 100% occurred at ppm. lowest rate found where all test worms died.
